How can I retrieve my files?

I have a 16GB Snndisk card, I can access my vault, and when I'm trying to copy files to my laptop it just gets stuck. I need my file as those are really important documents.

How can I get my files without losing them? It even says you cannot backup your files. I cannot even RUN the setup of RUNCLUBScandisk.exe, it says you are not connected to the Internet.

There could be 2 situations for your problem:

1. The card is faulty therefore access to the storage device might not be available and Windows freezes while it tries to access locked content.

2. The application you're trying to launch lacks Administrator privileges, therefore you have to run it using Run as Administrator. There is also the possibility that it lacks compatibility with the operating system recovery is taking place.
