I've searched the web to find out which version of Kundli works on Windows 10, but it appears that for most of the programs, Windows 7 and Windows 8 are the only versions compatible. There has been no information regarding a possible Windows 10 release, but since Windows 10 isn't too different than Windows 8, you can try to run it this way and even apply a Compatibility tweak.
