As far as I know, this type of device is usually embedded on motherboards. Therefore, the only place to look for updates is on the Downloads section for your motherboard. It's the easiest way and you can always be sure that what you're downloading is compatible with the hardware.
Simply use Google and type the model number of your motherboard then you can see if there are any updates for your network adapters.
