Canon Solution Menu EXCanon Solution Menu EX ›  Scanner options after upgrade.

I have a new Mac and transferred everything from my old Mac, now Canon Solution Menu is not giving me scanner options, only for printer.

The issue you're having is directly related to compatibility of the operating systems. We all know that when a major version of OSX is launched, applications tend to stop working, that's why updates are something that developers need to provide fast.

Download a compatible version of the software for your Mac through the following link: http://support-sg.canon-asia.com/contents/SG/EN/0200111402.html

  • Maximum supported OSX version: 10.10.
  • Minimum supported OSX version: 10.4.
