What does the data file look like?

I'm trying to re-install Attendance Controller on a new computer. The old computer crashed and I can't find the data file or the product ID code. What is the extension of the data file and is there a configuration file that I can transfer from the old machine?

There should be activation instructions posted in the Help documentation of the application because that's the only way to obtain the necessary instructions related to finding the PRODUCT ID for Attendance Controller. I've recommended this way because no other information could be found about the software in question.
