The RION Support page doesn't list this software/product which means it's most likely discontinued from development. I've used their search function and looked for the application, but it's nowhere to be found. The software's name doesn't appear on Google as well, therefore I can say that NO, it will not work on Windows 10 operating system due to the lack of updates and information.
