I want to upgrade Mach3 system.

I have a CNC machine that runs on Window xp platform using Mach3, but now I want to run it on Windows 10 and the seller refuses me to upgrade his machine by saying that Mach3 software can't perform well on higher version even Window 7 etc. Kindly let me know if this is correct or not.

The software works on Windows 7 and 8 and still it doesn't have support for 64bit architecture mode which means he is actually right. Being an application that has strict requirements, it's very likely possible that it won't run on Windows 10 no matter of the tweaks or compatibility mode applied.
