Identifing hacking on my computer.

I think my old roommate stole my identity and is running something on the backside of my computer.

The first thing to do is to install an antivirus. If you already have one, it's most likely configured to exclude the paths where the malware or remote trojan is installed, if that's the case.

Install and antivirus and delete/clean every infection you find, then change all your passwords for all the accounts you have on your PC, enable firewall, then go to Start > Run and type \\localhost. This command will list all the shares. Right click on each one of them and select disable. Also uninstall all the applications you don't think they belong on your PC and you should be good. Check Teamviewer or any remote app installed because antiviruses don't see them as hacking tools.
