My desktop is running Windows XP 2002 with SP3 on the Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 Network Adapter.

I'm having a communication problem with a Linksys EA6500 Router and interfacing with a USB attached printer. The Driver is listed as 1.0.0.40 dated 8/5/2009. This does not seem to match the correct driver for this OS and I've been unable to find the correct driver. I suspect the driver is the reason for the comm issue. Can you please direct me to the correct driver for my configuration? And just to clarify, yes, it is Windows XP 2002 (not 2003) with SP3.

The driver that you have installed on your computer is actually the latest one. I've checked various websites and I didn't find another one available. After some extensive searching, it appears this is a discontinued product that doesn't receive updates anymore. Its compatibility with newer operating systems is questionable, but on Windows XP it should work flawlessly. Remove the current one and reinstall it then test again. Make sure to change the Security of the router to WPA2-PERSONAL and TKIP or AES.
