Is it possible to move the MindSpring program to another computer? I have the original disc and Product Key but it does not work a second time. Purchased in 2006.

You might be able totransfer the software to another PC in its current installed form, but the problem with the serial number should be brought to the developer. In some cases, you can simply transfer the installation folder and export the registry file to the other computer and activate it with the serial number, but if that serial is limited to only one activation, then it's not possible to use it. You can either try to activate it again or contact the developers of this software. They should provide you with the necessary details in case you need another activation for Marbles: Mindspring.

Thank you for your help Stephen. I have found an email address, which I think is the right one, for Marbles  and have asked them the question as the crucial thing seems to be getting a product key that will work.

Hello Dennis,

I apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry regarding the Mindspring. I did not have an immediate answer so had to do some researching for you. I've had to replace hard drives in my computer before as well and have been in your situation. I found out that we made a branded version of the product but were not the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer went out of business a couple of years back and is no longer servicing the product. Wish there was more we could do here, but we just don’t have a way to help.
