I didn't find anything about the software. I've used all the search engines and related websites, but nothing came up in the results list which means the software is either using a different name or you're trying to install a discontinued application on a modern operating system which may cause compatibility issues if it hasn't been developed especially for Windows 7 OS.
Since I can't obtain the installation package, the only thing I can recommend is running the software in compatibility mode. Right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Select a previous version of Windows from the list and that's it. If it doesn't work this way, then compatibility with Windows 7 is not possible.
