What is "Web Attack" mentioned in My Spiral Notebook "License Agreement"?

"If you are an entity, Microsys Technologies grants to you the right to designate one individual within your organization to have the right to use Web Attack in the manner provided below." Is this something that manifests itself after 30 days? Why would I continue with installation without an explanation? Did someone mislabel the software?

I've checked the License.rtf, and indeed, it says Web Attack, but it's a mistake, because it should have been My Spiral Notebook. That is a different product, and the developer must have typed the wrong software name. Go ahead and use the application without worries, because nothing will happen.
