The software appears to be discontinued which means there won't be any support from the developer. Triple check the password you're entering into the application and make sure there is no Caps function activated on your keyboard. Additionally, check the help of the program to see how the password can be reset to assign a new one. There is no other help on the Internet.
For reference, use an application that is constantly updated and maintained. Something like LastPass might provide a good alternative.
