IMO issue - Connection error.

I am using Moto G turbo. I am facing a connection issue in IMO video call. Previously it was working correctly. But suddenly after the software update I am not able to connect..

Please assist.

Try changing the network you're device is connected to and then connect again. This is a local issue happening on your side, because I tested the IMO application and it works just fine. The servers are up and there were no status updates about a planned maintenance or something related.
