While you have a document or image opened, press CTRL + P to open the Print menu or go to File > Print. Select your Printer and then click Preferences. A new window will appear with different options. Go through the tabs until you see Black and White and Color. Tick the Black and White and accept the changes, then continue with the printing and the result will be printed in Black and White only.
