I successfuly installed Soundsaver Express from the installer disc on two HP laptops of mine. The software came with my purchase of the USB Phono Plus (Project Series) Pre Amp. Later, I got rid of the oldest laptop after it crashed and replaced it with an HP Pavilion x360 laptop. It doesn't have a CD/DVD player on board, so I copied the files to a USB and installed SoundSaver Express from it to the new laptop. Installation worked fine, but when I entered the code string found on the CD pouch (which had worked twice previously) I got the message the authorization was declined and I was granted a 14 day trial only. Now I only have the software on one laptop (my wife's) which she uses a lot so I have a hard time recording my record library without the new second laptop to use. I sent you an email to authorize@bias-inc.com a few days ago but nobody has come back to me with any help. Can you advise?

Some serial numbers have limited activations, which means you will have the possibility to activate the product for a limited number of times, after which it's rendered useless.

Secondly, I don't think the email you used should be addressed for this issue. Use the following page and click on Contact Support, then enter your inquiry, and someone will assist you: https://soundsoap.uservoice.com/

I recommend this way because the developers are the only ones who have access to the serials.
