nProtect Online Security keeps telling me to install.

My name is Michelle and I am trying to pay for my ELP and EPT test fee with nProtect Online Security.

So, the site for ELM EPT registration told me to install nProtect Online Security in order to pay with my MasterCard and I installed it but it keeps telling me to install it to pay for my test fee even though I installed it several times. I just can't go through the next step to pay it.
I really have to rush to pay for my test fee but nProtect Online Security doesn't work at all. Please help. I really have to rush to pay for my test fee.

The best thing you can do at this time is remove the software and then perform a reinstall. If this is not happening, download the latest version from the official website and try that.
