The answer to your questions would be Yes. You can use the software in conjunction with the other one because they are compatible, one with each other. As far as I read it seems that these applications work just fine and the compatibility is great. You can use ScopView with every project created in ATP main software. Also if you want to use something different than ScopeView then you could try Mplot. It's the best and easiest alternative.
