I have purchased PDF Pro 10, but it will not function on my desktop. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the disc, and still doesn't work. Can you help?
I have used the latest version from their official website and everything worked quite well. If you have issues with it, remove the version installed on your PC, then visit the website listed below and download the trial. You can register it afterwards. Right click the installation package and choose Run as Administrator. If the software requires a driver installation, Windows might give you a warning which is normal. Accept the warning and continue with the installation.
