Pictures and documents in KeepSafe unable to open as transition between Basic to Premium.

I kept pictures and documents in KeepSafe. Now it is saying upgrade to Premium or downgrade to Basic. I tried downgrading as it instructed, but still am not able to see my files. Please let me know regarding these issues.

I have checked the official website of the developer (app's page at Play Store), but there is no recovery method posted. The difference between the Premium and Basic is ads. The Basic version will show ads sometimes.

I recommend you leave the software and the content as it is, then contact the developer using the following support: support@getkeepsafe.com.
