EERWAY error, I am unable to unload sheet.
I have searched for this error, but there is no website available in terms of troubleshooting or general information. The official website provide support only that's limited to customers.

Additionally, start the software then go to Help > Contest and use the Search function to look for this error.
Issue resolved. An unauthorized subdirectory had been created under the ...\rway\dgn\ directory (with long file names). Once the subdirectory was moved, problem was resolved.
