Can I tear a check out of my checkbook, and print it on an HP Photosmart 7510 printer?

Yes, that's possible, but the best way is to tear the check and scan it, then add the data to the scanned image and print it again and not the other way around because you will need a template of that check in order to add your details to.

On the other hand, I don't think the check will be valid if you go this way. As far as I know, the checks have to be filled manually when they are pulled from the checkbook.
