You should remove the application and continue with the Windows 10 Upgrade/Installation, then after it finished the procedure, reinstall the software. It might work with the correct Compatibility settings applied. Right click the setup package and choose Properties > Compatibility. Select a previous version of Windows and then launch the application. I have also looked for another version of the software, but there isn't one available for this procedure.
