HP Scan 3 Is an application used together with HP Scanners. It allows you to use the scanner while it's attach to a desktop PC. This version of HP Scan is mostly used on Mac computers. For Windows, there is another application. If you have an HP scanner, then I recommend you keep it else drag the application to Trash and empty the trash.
