No, according to the official website, the software doesn't run on Windows 10 operating system. I have checked the official website and you can install the application only on the following versions of Windows: Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP, and 2000. As you can see there is no Windows 10, but I managed to install it using the setup package provided by the developers. Download the setup, right click it and choose Run as Administrator and it should work normally.
