You will have to factory reset the phone. To do this, turn off the phone, then press the following buttons: Volume Up + Home button + Power button. Keep them pressed until the Samsung logo appears, then release the buttons. Once you are in the Recovery Menu, use the Volume buttons to select the Wipe Data/ Factory Reset and Power to confirm. The phone will restart and then it should come back, but some of the data will be erased.
