Backup and Recovery with USB Flash Drive.

I am attempting to run Dell Backup and Recovery v. 1.9.1.3 Premium, to create a System Recovery. No matter what I do it will not recognize my Cruz USB flash drive.

Dell Inspiron 11-3147
Pentium N3530 2.16 GHz
4 GB RAM
Windows 10 64-bit (upgrade from Windows 8.1)

This is what the Dell Support System says about the USB flash drives issue:

NOTE: Currently factory backups are only supported on certain Windows
8 certified USB flash drives. The program will not detect the drive in case the flash drive is recognized by the system as a fixed disk. Try a different USB flash drive if this happens.

You are not able to do this because the u want to make the recovery of windows 10 but the recovery drive u have in your pc contained windows 8.1 files.
Rather than this u can make a system restore disk in external hdd or disks.
