The iCall Pro application requires Pre-Paid cards that are available at the sellers around the world. There is no way to sign up for an account directly from the application. You need to acquire a pre-paid VoIP card and then use the details on the card to log-in. You'll have a username, password and SIP address printed on the card. You need to use those in order to log-in to call.
