No, the software is not compatible with Windows 10. Based on the system requirements page, Dreamweaver is compatible only with Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (Service Pack 3 recommended); Windows Vista Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise with Service Pack 1; or Windows 7. As you can see, there is no mention of Windows 10, but you can try running the software in Compatibility using Properties on the executable file and then the Compatibility tab.

Note: Latest versions of Dreamweaver (Dreamweaver CC 2015) are compatible with Windows 10.
