The information on the official website indicates that the software is not compatible with Mac OS X. Basically, the software can be installed on Windows only: Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows 95, Linux, Unix, Mac, Windows 2000, and Windows Me. There is no Mac version released anywhere and I doubt that it will ever release. It's also impossible to contact the developers since the official website gives errors when the links are accessed.
You can install Windows through Parallels Desktop and then transfer the file in the virtualized environment.
