This is an application that has a low reputation among the apps installed on phones. It's actually called bloatware and comes installed with the operating system. If your phone is not rooted, then it's impossible to remove it. However, you can disable it for the time being. Just go to Settings > Applications manager > All tab. Locate the app and tap on it, then tap on Force Stop and Uninstall Updates / Uninstall.

When you'll root the phone, there will be the possibility of removing it.
