Since the application is commercial, the only way to access installers and all the documents is through My Account. Therefore, you are not anonymous because the product needs purchasing and you'll have to use real name, credit card data, address, etc. As a registered user, it's mandatory to log-in and use the available packages. Basically, the company will know your name and every other detail I mentioned above.
