WampServer is a comprehensive suite of development languages and database tools. The package contains, by default, Apache, MySQL and PHP in their latest versions along side PhpMyAdmin to manage the MySQL databases. To install it, download the package from the official website (32 or 64bit) and launch the installation procedure. During the install phase, you will have ways to customize various parameters based on your needs.
Once installed, you can start the control panel from the desktop to manage the services. All three applications will run as Windows Services for better integration and support.
