How to input KSN?

The explanation on how to input the KSN is very unclear. Please can you explain the correct way to input the 16 character of my KSN. Like this "XXXX,XXXX,XXXX,XXXX" or like this XXXX,XXXX,XXXX,XXXX? Do I have to add KSN before the number?

If you have paid for the application, then it means you have been scammed, because the official website lists the software as being available freely.

License: Freeware

There is no location available to input the serial number or any other activation key. Contact the one you've acquire the software and inform him this is a free application and request a refund. In other case, report the case to your bank.
