How can I create an account for Nokia Suite?

It depends what device you are using for creating the account.

If you are using the mobile phone, when you'll first open the Nokia Ovi Store App, you will be asked to create an account. Accept and follow the instructions.
If you are using the computer :
- Download and install the Nokia Mobile Suite and create your account.
- You will be asked to enter your email address and some personal data and create a user name and a password.
- Once completed check your email for a confirmation mail and accept by clicking on the link.
