At this moment Sony Play Memories is compatible with the following versions of Windows:

  • Windows Vista® Service Pack 2 (SP2)
  • Windows® 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
  • Windows® 8 / Windows® 8.1

Users who installed the software on Windows 10 reported different issues concerning the transfer between their devices and their PCs. It is not recommended to install it on Windows 10 until the official release for Microsoft's latest OS will be available.
