Can't open the dial-pad because of an error.

I can't open dial-pad. When I am trying to open it's giving this error: "Unable to register to SIP Server".

The "Unable to register to SIP Server" means that the server is not reachable and the software can't be used. The causes for this error could be multiple from server maintenance, reinstallation, Internet errors, etc. Unfortunately, the only way to obtain information about its status is by contacting the server administrators. Reach the website from where you've downloaded the application and look for contact options. Use those options to reach the developers and explain the problem.
