If the application is spanned across two monitors, then you can simply drag and drop the window to the other monitor. This is possible when the application supports dragging and dropping the window outside its main interface. If it doesn't support it, then it's impossible to drag the Window. I have installed the MetaTrader 4 application and this thing is not possible with all the settings available.
