Inserting/replacing pages crops entire document when saving

Every time I edit a PDF using PDF editor 3.2, if I add/insert or delete a page and try and save it again, the document is cropped to a 11.7in x 8.27in document instead of an 8.27in x 11.7in. This is really annoying because it essentially destroys the document.
I have tried everything I can think of to modify settings but nothing seems to work.

I have used the demo version of the program and added a new blank page like you did and then saved the modified file. The software appended DEMO to all the pages, but the last page is blank and it appears normally. Only the watermark is added. I have checked all the other pages in the document and it appears normally. I have also used images, text, and shapes inside the PDF file, but they were not cropped at all. Try reinstalling the software and add the PDF file again.
