What are the system requirements?

We cannot get this to work on a client PC. Does it need Microsoft Word installed? Does it need an Internet connection?

I have installed it locally and find that it works well and gives exactly the results I am looking for, BUT the client I am working with says that it does not work.
I have observed that after he presses the 'Start Converting' button, the box to left turns yellow but no documents appear in the Out folder.
I have MS Office installed but he does not.

The software requires the following to run properly:

Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 2000, or Windows ME. 
Pentium Processor or better, Pentium 4 or higher recommended. 
128MB RAM or more, 256MB RAM is recommended. 
20MB Hard disk space for install. 

However, I have tried installing it but it gives too many errors, therefore I wouldn’t recommend using it.
