I was looking in my Applications (Options - Firewall settings- Applications) and I found 9 programs listed as Setup.exe. All were marked blocked. The paths to those programs don't seem to exist anymore. The paths are things like C:\DFC103C8C997976505E1A20234C63940\SETUP.EXE and C:\012901529048B97064B8\SETUP.EXE. I even went into folder options and made sure all hidden and protected folders were shown. These paths don't exist. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Do I need to be concerned?

Most applications use Setup.exe to deploy files on your computer. Most likely, those files belong to applications you installed in the past. You can simply remove or delete the setup packages if you don’t trust them. The Quarantine allows you to restore, clean, or delete the files from their location on the HDD. No, you shouldn't be worried. If these files were bad, the antivirus would have deleted them.
