Information about Digiwave s-key64 3.1.3.

My New Toshiba Ultrabook can't download Digiwave s-key 64 3.1.3. Computer has Windows 7 Ultimate. Note that my old computer is also Toshiba Ultrabook Windows 7 Ultimate. This old one can run Digiwave s-key64 3.1.3 smoothly. The old one is a Windows 7 system. The new one is Windows 8 but changed to Windows 7. These computers are the same model, but making time different (2 years different). Please help me to solve the problem.

The problem with this software is that it's nowhere to be found. I have checked every website that mentions the application, but it's impossible to download a proper version to install. Only a Chinese website linked to a document in chinese where Digiwave key appears as a single name. If you have the software installed, go to Help > About and note the contact options. Use those contact options to get in touch with the developers in order to find information related to this application.
