To resize an image in Photoscape, you need to install the application first. Download and install the software, then open it. Press the Editor icon, then load the image using the tree menu on the left. Once the image is loaded, there will be a Resize on the bottom of the software's window. Click that button, then adjust the slider to change the pixels from height and weight.
