Yes, Avast Rescue Disk allows you to either create a USB or a Rescue CD. The option is found accessed using the regular Rescue Disk creation guide. Start Avast, then click Tools > Rescue Disk. Click on the CD and follow the procedure. Make sure you have a blank CD and a compatible DVD-RW. Once initiated, Avast will take care of the rest.
