As a starting point, Google Translate offers to translate Telugu to English. You can paste text in the translation box as much as you want it, but it needs reviewed after the translation is done. I recommend choosing the solutions available through Google Search. There aren't many applications developed for this particular operation, but the websites that offers Telugu translation should be enough to complete the job.
