Does this software upgrade / download make the 850 compatible with the new Comcast X1 platform?
It's impossible to identify the exact download you're referring to, but I've seen that the MK-850 has issues remembering codes for the Comcast X1 and X2 platforms. The best way to find out is to actually install the upgrade/downloaded file to see exactly what happens.
