The iPad uses iOS (iPhone operating system). Just like in MacOS, it uses the built-in connection manager that it’s available for all Apple products. As the company prefers, there is no other 3rd party application installed to manage your connections. It is just the default built-in network application from where you can configure all that is related to network configuration.
