To reset the device, connect to the hotspot, then paste the following IP in the browser: 192.168.1.1. The administration area will load and you need to input the credentials:
- User ID : admin
- Password : 12$***
(*** = LAST 3 DIGITS OF THE HOTSPOT SERIAL NUMBER)
Once you are in the administration area, go to System tools and reset the device.
