Is there an Android version of FTPx? If not, are there any plans to create one?

No, there isn't. The FTPx software can run only on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 platforms. Unfortunately, there is no information regarding a future version of the program and I recommend you contact the official developers and ask for details.
