I can't find the my files app on my phone. It's nowhere in the apps, widgets, or home screen. I have a 32gig external SD card in it and I really need to access files on it but don't know how. Would also like to transfer all my pics and music from my internal memory to my SD card. I'm not very knowledgeable with the technology or the lingo but would really appreciate the help.

If you don't have the My files application, connect to a Wireless network and download ES File Manager from Play Store. It's a simple file manager which allows you to perform file transfer operations. However, if you have Andorid 4.4.4 Kitkat, you won't have the possibility to copy files from internal to external. You will have to connect the device to the PC to transfer the files.
